工会覆盖效应与工会会员效应下的工资分布研究——来自2012年雇员雇主匹配数据的经验

文章采用2012年雇员雇主匹配数据,运用无条件分位数回归的方法研究了中国工会对工资分布的影响问题。研究结果表明：工会覆盖效应下工会企业劳动者与非工会企业劳动者的工资差距呈现“粘地板效应”;工会身份效应下工会会员和非工会会员的工资差距呈现“粘地板效应”;工会覆盖效应和工会身份效应下特征差异作用明显不同;工会企业更有利于减缓中等收入的性别工资歧视;最后根据研究结论提出了两点政策建议。     

华北地区某污水处理厂升级改造工程实例

华北地区某城市污水处理厂升级改造工程处理规模为50万t/d,原设计为A/O脱氮工艺,执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)二级排放标准。由于近年来进水水质严重恶化以及对污水排放标准的提高,需对原污水处理系统进行改造,通过技术方案对比,在原生物处理段增加厌氧池,使之变为A2/O脱氮除磷,新增深度处理工艺为反硝化生物滤池-加砂沉淀池-滤布滤池-紫外消毒,使出水水质达到一级A排放标准。     

Green indoor and outdoor environment as nature‐based solution and its role in increasing customer/employee mental health,well‐being,and loyalty

The present study was an empirical endeavor to explore the effect of nature‐based solutions (NBS) on the customer and employee loyalty generation process by considering the role of mental health and well‐being in the hotel industry. A quantitative approach was employed. A survey methodology with a convenience sampling technique was used to collect the data. A total of 303 responses and 301 responses for customer and employee groups, respectively, were used for data analysis. Our results of the structural analysis indicated that green indoor and outdoor environment as NBS helps customers and employees improve mental health perception, emotional well‐being, and loyalty. In addition, the prominent role of emotional well‐being in building customer loyalty and of mental health perception in building employee loyalty was uncovered. The developed conceptual frameworks for customers and employees contained a satisfactory ability in predicting loyalty. Mental health perception and emotional well‐being were mediators. Moreover, the relationship strength among study variables differed between customer and employee groups. Overall, our findings significantly increased our understanding of NBS and its critical role in the hotel industry.     

Economic policy uncertainty,CDS spreads,and CDS liquidity provision

Using a news-based index of economic policy uncertainty (EPU), we find that EPU is positively associated with credit default swap (CDS) spreads and negatively associated with the number of liquidity providers in the CDS market. A 10% increase in EPU leads to an 8.4% increase in CDS spreads and a 4.0% decrease in the number of liquidity providers. Furthermore, the effects of EPU are persistent and robust after controlling for macroeconomic variables. Our results are also robust to different econometric methodologies. Overall, our findings suggest that, when EPU is high, investors find credit protection more costly and difficult to purchase.     

基于同轴电缆的移动信号室内深度覆盖系统设计与实现

针对移动信号室内深度覆盖需求和现有覆盖方案存在的问题，提出了一种以有线电视同轴电缆为入户通道的射频系统。分析了系统原理和几个关键问题，计算了系统各项设计参数，阐述了合路器、跨路器和智能终端三个主要部分的结构及阻抗匹配滤波、同步、放大等关键模块的实现方法。实地测试结果表明，系统各项指标符合设计和应用要求，实现了160 m2高层住宅的信号覆盖，提高了小区测量报告（MR）覆盖率，同时对移动室分系统性能也无影响。所提方案与现有方案相比具有低成本、施工快速、协调简单等优势，是一种新颖实用的室内深度覆盖实现方式。
